Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assembly and testing of products, following detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Use hand tools and air tools to perform various tasks, including fitting and fastening operations.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
