Regional Sales Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Tyler Union. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our market share through specification efforts and managing, maintaining, and expanding our existing distributor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and municipalities within the territory.
- Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of our full line of products.
- Conduct distributor training and engineering presentations to improve specification position within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate efforts with inside sales, quotations, production, distribution, and engineering departments to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Inform management of business, product, and competitive trends within the territory.
- Active participation in helping to resolve internal problems that can negatively impact customers.
- Analyze sales levels and trends, and initiate actions as necessary to ensure the attainment of sales objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous outside sales experience and an extensive understanding of sales functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Business-related discipline is preferred.
- Ability for extensive domestic travel as projects and work responsibilities dictate.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record is required.

- Self-motivated, assertive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Work Environment:
Remotely working from home and customer sites as needed. Maintain all company property provided to you with respect.
