Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Tyler Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our market share through specification efforts and managing our distributor base in the South, West, and Central Texas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and municipalities in the territory
  • Conduct distributor training and engineering presentations to improve specification position
  • Coordinate efforts with inside sales, quotations, production, distribution, and engineering departments
  • Analyze sales levels and trends, and initiate actions to ensure attainment of sales objectives
Requirements
  • Previous outside sales experience and an extensive understanding of sales functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Business-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to travel extensively and possess a valid driver's license
