Position Overview:

ICF International Inc. is seeking a Grants Management Specialist III to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with various project teams to address complex issues at the intersection of transportation, environment, and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of project data analytics, working closely with subject matter experts.
  • Assist in the creation of financial analyses, budget reconciliations, and payment requests while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose adjustments to accounting data to align with actual activities.
  • Develop dashboard mockups, charts, use cases, wireframes, and process flow diagrams, along with comprehensive system documentation.
  • Document processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update and refine procedures for effective grant fund administration.
  • Provide strategic input for the design and maintenance of workflow processes, policies, and related documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, program status reports, and follow-up actions for meetings with external clients and vendors.
  • Monitor program performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Offer technical assistance to recipients and subrecipients regarding best practices in grants management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in political science, economics, sociology, or a related field that encompasses both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant management, regulatory compliance, or government financial services, with at least one year in a consulting role with public sector entities.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel, with extensive experience in handling large datasets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience analyzing legal or regulatory documents and summarizing information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and quantitative skills, particularly in building complex Excel models.
  • Familiarity with file management systems and data analytics tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of 2 CFR 200 requirements.
