  • Generate visual representations of data, including dashboard mockups and process flow diagrams.
  • Document processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine procedures for the effective administration of grant funds.
  • Provide high-level insights for the design and maintenance of workflow processes and compliance practices.
  • Prepare agendas and status reports for meetings with external clients and vendors.
  • Monitor program performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant management or regulatory compliance, with at least one year in a consulting role with public sector entities.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel, with experience in managing large datasets.

  • Experience analyzing legal or regulatory documents and summarizing information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and quantitative skills, particularly in developing complex Excel models.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
