ICF International Inc is looking for a Federal Grants Coordinator to offer temporary assistance to a science and engineering innovation initiative at a federal research and development agency. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining the U.S. leadership in innovation within the fields of science and engineering. You will facilitate the advancement of data and emerging technologies in an innovation framework that has a significant societal impact.

This is a temporary, remote role supporting a team based in Alexandria, VA. This opportunity allows you to engage in a vital project from its inception, work with cutting-edge technologies, and build a rewarding career at ICF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating cooperative agreement terms and conditions through collaboration with relevant Program Officers and administrative personnel.
  • Engage with designated stakeholders to aid in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with agency partners to facilitate the transfer and commitment of funds to both new and existing awards.
  • Conduct analyses of funded projects categorized by technology area and application domain in response to inquiries from senior leadership.
  • Support the creation of presentations that summarize the program, including extracting data from award databases and developing program highlight briefings.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in science and/or information technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or six (6) years of relevant work experience, or an Associate's degree with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience managing research projects within a large research team or providing support to government funding agencies as a Science and Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) contractor/integrator/evaluator.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in research, project, and program management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budget oversight.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Experience with calendar and schedule management using Outlook.
  • Familiarity with agency collaboration tools such as Zoom, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Box, Slack, and Microsoft SharePoint.

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is influenced by various factors, including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$57, $98,153.00
