Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by enhancing the candidate experience and evaluating qualifications to ensure a match with job specifications.
- Organize interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates during the selection process.
- Support the creation of job offers in collaboration with leadership.
- Oversee onboarding activities for new employees by liaising with IT, Office Operations, and hiring managers.
- Provide comprehensive information and respond to inquiries from new hires prior to their start date.
- Manage performance evaluation cycles, including task assignments and reminders for completion.
- Administer payroll functions, guide on payroll setup, manage benefits enrollment, and ensure accurate tax deductions, reimbursements, and allowances.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS, including updates on positions, compensation adjustments, and document management.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP or PHR, though not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes and industry best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll software, preferably Paylocity.
