As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a broad range of roles while fostering robust relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in recruitment and recognize the necessity for a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine job descriptions.
  • Identify potential candidates through various online platforms.
  • Create engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
  • Evaluate incoming resumes and applications.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Promote job openings on the company’s career page and other relevant platforms.
  • Present candidates to client hiring managers and other designated personnel.
  • Facilitate verbal job offers and address any inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management.
  • Collaborate with managers to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or account management.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
