Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at HR Rethought. As a key member of our HR consulting firm, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for a wide range of positions and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role

  • Source and attract top candidates through various online channels and professional networks
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and working with hiring managers
  • 1+ years of client-facing and/or account management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
