We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at SELECTEMP Employment Services. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sources and attracts active and passive candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Reviews resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conducts in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Prepares and presents candidate profiles to practice leaders, account managers or client managers for review and presentment to the customer.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conducts reference checks and verifies employment history and credentials of candidates.
  • Negotiates and extends job offers to selected candidates.
  • Builds and maintains a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Stays updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Provides excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with the Practice Leader and other team members to achieve recruitment targets and goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) or more years experience providing customer service support or working in a professional setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak clearly in both positive and negative situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, strong time management skills, and developing realistic action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
  • Proven success at working well in teams and independently.
