Job Overview

The Information Services Manager will oversee the implementation, support, and strategic direction of content within designated programs related to IS Integration.

Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Oversee daily operations and report to the Director to ensure efficient functioning of existing integration services and platforms.
  • Manage Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Deployment Management, and upgrades of integration systems.
  • Lead the implementation of new platforms/products for the Integration teams, including necessary migrations to updated systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Integration policies and established procedures, particularly in Change Management.
  • Plan resource allocation and prioritize tasks for which Integration Support is accountable.
  • Effectively manage a diverse workload across various functions.
Qualifications

The Information Services Manager will be responsible for:

  • Training, mentoring, and coaching IS associates while leading assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Utilizing strong knowledge of healthcare operations along with effective communication, problem-solving, and management skills to guide the design, development, and deployment of essential systems.
  • Driving continuous process improvement in the delivery of application services.
  • Staying informed about current and emerging trends in healthcare technology, seeking out best practices and innovative application solutions.
  • Ensuring that responsibilities and projects remain within defined scope, with a requirement for healthcare experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
