Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with onsite requirements.

Note: Candidates with a background in healthcare and a Bachelor's Degree are preferred.

Overview:

The Manager of Information Services – Integration will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, support, and lifecycle management of content within specific programs. This role encompasses training, mentoring, and guiding IS team members, leading various projects and initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement in application service delivery across the organization. A strong understanding of healthcare operations, along with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and management skills, is essential for directing the design, development, and implementation of vital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and report on daily operations to ensure the effective functioning of existing integration services and platforms.
  • Incident and Request Management: Oversee Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Deployment Management, and upgrades of integration systems.
  • Platform Deployment: Direct the rollout of new platforms/products for Integration teams, including necessary migrations to updated systems.
  • Compliance with Policies: Ensure adherence to Integration policies and established procedures, particularly regarding Change Management.
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically plan resource utilization and prioritize tasks for which Integration Support is responsible.
  • Workload Coordination: Effectively manage a diverse workload across multiple functions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: A background in healthcare is essential.
  • Skills: Demonstrated communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management capabilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with current and emerging trends in healthcare technology, emphasizing practical and cost-effective innovation.
