  • Position: Manager of Information Systems Integration
  • The Manager of Information Systems Integration will oversee the execution, support, lifecycle management, and strategic direction for content within the assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and reports on daily operations to the Director to ensure the efficient functioning of existing integration services and platforms.
  • Accountable for Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Deployment Management, system upgrades, and platform oversight.
  • Leads the deployment of new platforms/products for Integration teams, including transitions to updated systems as necessary.
  • Ensures adherence to Integration policies and established protocols, including Change Management.
  • Plans resource allocation and prioritizes the workload for which Integration Support is responsible.
  • Effectively manages a diverse workload across various functions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Position: Manager of Information Systems Integration
  • Mentor, train, and guide IS associates while leading assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of healthcare operations along with strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skills to facilitate the design, development, and deployment of essential systems.
  • Promote continuous process enhancement in the delivery of application services.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging trends in healthcare technology, actively seeking insights to remain updated on best practices, application solutions, and services, aiming to incorporate innovation in a practical and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure that responsibilities and projects are managed within defined scope and parameters.

Required Skills:

  • Position: Manager of Information Systems Integration
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
