Customer Growth Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing growth strategies that drive new customer acquisitions and foster existing relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities, developing targeted sales plans, and executing tactics to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain market awareness, including industry trends, competition, and basic permitting requirements
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design, Permitting, Production, Installation, Suppliers, Marketing, Accounting, and Vendors
- Manage multiple projects through the sales cycle from estimate to payment, utilizing company-defined workflows and authorized electronic platforms for customer relations, project management, and sales reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the industry, including current trends and developments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of success in driving new business growth
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
