Job Description

Axens North America invites applications for the position of Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering value to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay current on Axens' products and services, including catalysts and adsorbents, to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Manage annual sales budget and forecast sales revenue, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in downstream sector sales, with at least 10 years in the region
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations, with experience in sales process from prospecting to order receipt

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
