Job Description

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their assigned territory of Texas, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential customers, showcasing the quality and value of our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and following up on client inquiries and issues.
  • Sales Performance Management: Meet and exceed sales targets, negotiate and close sales deals, and collaborate with the sales, marketing, product development, and purchasing team to develop strategies and products for market expansion.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, participate in industry events, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the truck and auto parts industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to customers.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per year, plus commission structure with no cap. Additional benefits include health insurance, two weeks paid vacation after one year, performance bonuses, personal time off, and matching 401(k).
