Job Overview

Position Title: Employee Training Coordinator

Role Summary: We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Employee Training Coordinator to oversee and manage our employee development initiatives. This position is crucial for planning, organizing, and executing training sessions that enhance employee capabilities and support their career advancement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, experience in training management, and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all elements of employee training initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of training materials.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and departmental leaders to assess training requirements and create training strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Facilitate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Create and maintain training resources, including presentations, manuals, and digital content, to support various training initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage training documentation, including attendance records, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Engage with external training providers and vendors to coordinate specialized training sessions as necessary.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee training and development to ensure training programs remain current and effective.
  • Offer support and advice to employees and managers regarding training-related issues and address any concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Training Coordinator or in a comparable role, with a proven history of managing and organizing training programs.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the talent to engage and inspire employees during training sessions.
  • Proficient in utilizing training software, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant tools.
  • Capability to develop and sustain training materials and resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve training-related challenges efficiently.
