Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
  • Spend 9-12 months in the Protégé role (duration based on individual progress)
  • The program will include defined sales and growth objectives to ensure your development
  • Compensation will be based on a base salary plus commission structure
  • Collaborate closely with the Agency Owner to gain insights into the Agent Ownership role
  • Leads will be provided to assist in generating sales
  • Immerse yourself in the company culture and the insurance sector
  • Opportunity to work alongside the Agency Owner and District office to learn the recruitment process

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Possess strong management capabilities
