Key Responsibilities
- Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
- Spend 9-12 months in the Protégé role (duration based on individual progress)
- The program will include defined sales and growth objectives to ensure your development
- Compensation will be based on a base salary plus commission structure
- Collaborate closely with the Agency Owner to gain insights into the Agent Ownership role
- Leads will be provided to assist in generating sales
- Immerse yourself in the company culture and the insurance sector
- Opportunity to work alongside the Agency Owner and District office to learn the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Ability to establish rapport with clients
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Possess strong management capabilities
