Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in training and development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging and motivating others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Language: Bilingual, English - Spanish.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000.
