- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our training strategy.
- Experience: 5+ years in training and development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging and motivating others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Language: Bilingual, English - Spanish.
- Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000.
