Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to provide essential support to our HR department. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update information in our HRIS system.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
