Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting and sales strategies to engage clients in the government contracting space.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job debriefing to offer management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth execution at every stage.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts to gain industry insights and generate leads and referrals.
  • Develop strategies to maximize efficiency in traditional business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, including full-desk, split-desk, or straight business development.
  • Prior agency experience within IT or Engineering verticals, specifically in business development for contract/temp recruitment services.
  • A network within the government sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successful billings.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
