Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- 3+ years of recruitment experience, including full-desk, split-desk, or straight business development.
- Prior agency experience within IT or Engineering verticals, specifically in business development for contract/temp recruitment services.
- A network within the government sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successful billings.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
