About the Position:
The Head of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving and expanding Freestar's customer base. This position entails the formulation and execution of marketing strategies aimed at elevating brand visibility, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue enhancement from existing clientele through data-informed insights and the optimization of digital marketing avenues.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The responsibilities associated with this role encompass:
  • Leading Freestar's aggressive growth initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Marketing to uphold our status as a market frontrunner
  • Crafting and implementing a scalable growth marketing strategy to boost customer acquisition and retention
  • Delivering data, insights, and feedback to various departments to facilitate growth
  • Establishing essential growth marketing distribution channels
  • Managing and fine-tuning paid acquisition campaigns
  • Improving inbound marketing and conversion rates
  • Designing and overseeing email campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and loyalty
  • Testing and optimizing landing page and email marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with content partners to enhance inbound traffic
  • Tracking key performance metrics to refine marketing efforts
  • Aligning marketing strategies with overarching business objectives
  • Mentoring and guiding the Marketing Department
  • Supervising campaign asset production and content materials
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights
  • Managing event execution and key events
  • Overseeing the delivery of written materials
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to propel projects forward
Required Skills/Abilities:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience in managing multi-channel demand and lead generation within a B2B tech/SaaS marketing landscape
  • A proven track record in designing campaigns for mid-market and enterprise-level companies
  • Expertise in performance marketing and funnel development
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Creativity in crafting digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with user acquisition and scaling business growth
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Preferably based in Eastern Standard Time
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing or Growth Marketing
