About the Role:

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including social media, creative, press, and more.
  • Develop and maintain campaign timelines, working closely with partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in the development of strategy brief presentations and campaign presentations.
  • Lead day-to-day deliverable execution for paid media and marketing campaigns, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Request company data through appropriate channels for paid media campaigns.
  • Coordinate agenda, maintain invitee lists, and compile and send notes from meetings.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internship experience is fine).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, work well under deadline pressure, and be extremely flexible.
  • Interpret directions and follow through with assignments to completion.
  • Collaboration is key in this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
