To support our expansion in the US market, we are seeking to add a Northeast-based Lead Sales Strategist to our team.

The Role
In collaboration with the US Commercial Director, you will develop and execute a strategy aimed at acquiring and nurturing new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate, expand, and market Crimtan's advertising solutions to independent agencies and direct clients within the UK market.

You will be adept at building relationships with clients and agencies, crafting impactful proposals that secure business.

Key Verticals:
Our focus areas include travel and tourism, retail/e-commerce, financial services, charitable organizations, real estate, B2B, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Crimtan's revenue and profitability objectives
- Drive sales by managing all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with the US Commercial Director to implement a targeted strategy for acquiring and developing new business in the US market
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with agencies and clients to foster growth
- Onboard new agency and client partnerships with Crimtan
- Work cross-functionally with account management and client services teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions for key clients, prospects, and agencies
- Create and deliver top-tier proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
- Participate in regular sales meetings and presentations with agencies and clients to discuss their strategies and how Crimtan can support them
- Conduct persuasive presentations that educate the market and showcase Crimtan's value proposition
- Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular and accurate reporting for forecasting

Who We Are Looking For:
- 5 – 7+ years of comprehensive sales experience in digital and programmatic advertising
- Proven experience working with independent agencies
- Expertise in selling complex programmatic advertising solutions to independent media agencies, e-commerce brands, and marketing teams
- Ability to prospect and close new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach
- Demonstrated success in selling digital advertising solutions to independent agencies and direct clients
- Preferable experience in selling programmatic advertising solutions directly to retail or travel brands
- Strong understanding of the programmatic and adtech ecosystem
- Self-motivated with a positive, achievement-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
