About the Position

The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and boosting Freestar's customer base. This role involves implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth from existing customers utilizing data-driven insights and optimizing digital marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Directing Freestar's vigorous growth alongside the VP of Marketing to maintain our position as a market leader.
  • Developing and executing a scalable growth marketing plan to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Providing data, feedback, and insights to various departments to facilitate growth.
  • Establishing key growth marketing distribution channels.
  • Managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Enhancing inbound marketing and conversion rates.
  • Creating and managing email campaigns for customer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Testing and refining landing page and email marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with content partners to optimize inbound traffic.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Aligning marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Mentoring and leading the Marketing Department.
  • Overseeing campaign asset production and content materials.
  • Providing regular performance and insights reporting.
  • Managing event execution and flagship events.
  • Overseeing written materials delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in managing multi-channel demand and lead generation in a B2B tech/SaaS marketing environment.
  • Success in designing campaigns for mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and funnel development.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Creativity in devising digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with user acquisition and scaling business growth.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Preferably in Eastern Standard Time.
  • 7 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing/Growth Marketing.
