Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President to lead our Region 2 team in Northern California and Nevada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business goals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including chapter executives, volunteers, and community leaders
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead fundraising efforts, including Walk to End Alzheimer's and The Longest Day
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the region, including budget management and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with Association policies and procedures
    • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, public health, or a related field
    • 15+ years of experience in leadership and management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
