Regional Vice President Job Description

PRA Business Events is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our Business Management Team, you will be responsible for driving business development, strategic direction, and management of PRA locations within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing day-to-day business operations, focusing on sales goal attainment, client relationships, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve client satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other regional peers to develop PRA's short and long-range planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee local marketing efforts, conduct market analysis, and establish regional budgets with oversight of P&Ls and performance goals.
  • Act as an escalation point for regional team members to manage and support client or partner concerns and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality management, including hiring, training, motivating, terminating, and regular job appraisal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain industry relationships in all assigned destinations and represent the organization at community and industry-related events.
  • Deliver leadership through management, motivation, and direction toward defined goals and outcomes.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Leverage knowledge of program design and development, from inception through contract.

  • $125,000-$200,000 target all-in compensation comprised of salary and incentive plan.
