Job Title: Regional Vice President

At Holman Inc., we are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Vice President to lead our automotive services business in a specific region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing a strategic plan to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional business strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
  • Provide vision and guidance to General Managers to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of General Management staff and their subsequent leadership teams
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to General Managers and local leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and goals throughout the region
  • Act as a liaison with manufacturers to achieve factory objectives
  • Direct and coordinate the promotion of services to develop new markets and increase share of market
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Manage and oversee the needs of each facility in the region
  • Act as the regional executive leader to mitigate customer escalation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
  • 10+ years' experience at a management level within a retail dealership or automotive industry
  • Multiple levels of reporting relationships (strongly preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments, and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
  • Business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs
