Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

At Homethrive, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in the caregiving support industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the caregiving support industry.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals with a focus on promoting our caregiving support services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 4-8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the caregiving support or related industry.
