As an Automotive Customer Care Specialist with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be the trusted advisor our clients rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in establishing and nurturing relationships with our customers, as they turn to you each time they invest in their automotive needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every customer entering our facility with warmth and respect.
- Provide clear and understandable solutions for vehicle repairs.
- Effectively manage the workflow within the store.
- Promote our services with integrity and honesty.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Communicate professionally over the phone.
- Foster long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and the customer.
- Coordinate and engage in customer service activities.
- Transport customers as needed in CBA branded vehicles.
- Ensure all repairs meet established specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and assist as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license.
- Driving record acceptable to our insurance provider.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive applications.
- Experience in an Automotive Customer Service or Service Advisor role.
- Dependability and reliability for a Monday - Friday schedule.
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the workday.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of objects over 50 lbs.
- Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
