About the Role

As a key member of the Accor North America, Inc. team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the private dining room sales function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share in the private dining room sales segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives, while fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive business results and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
