- Create and implement innovative programs for In Room Dining, focusing on enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop unique and appealing menu options.
- Customer Service
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, setting the standard for staff interactions with guests.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales and expenses, to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Compliance and Licensing
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and liquor laws.
- Maintain all necessary permits and licenses required for restaurant operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
