About the Role:

Nippon Curry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager/Front of House Staff to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager/Front of House Staff, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience for our customers, continuously improving our quality of service, and helping the team reach its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Organize schedules, check time cards, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure that the restaurant is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, meeting health and safety standards.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Assist with marketing and social media efforts to promote the restaurant and engage with customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
