Job Summary

As a key member of the Accor North America, Inc. team, the Outlet Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the private dining room sales function. This role requires a strong focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve property sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the private dining room sales segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including corporate clients, event planners, and individual diners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations for sales growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in a hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
