Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and marketing, to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or business development experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Automobile Salesperson License.
