Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Junior Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with entry-level experience looking to develop a career in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and addressing client needs.
  • Support account managers in coordinating and implementing client projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for client meetings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategy.
  • Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
