Business Development Representative

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Grow ARR by generating 10 qualified leads/mo through marketing qualified and self-sourced leads, building campaigns and managing inbound calls and chats to convert warm opportunities
* Constantly expand your knowledge of the technology landscape and trends so you can bring industry-specific knowledge, feedback, and your ideas for improvement to the table
* Use a CRM to keep your activities up to date, backfill any lost commits, and drive towards your personal goals
* Be a strategic consultant to prospective 1Path clients, engaging in thoughtful business discovery while bringing creative IT methodologies to solve complex problems
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of proven experience cold calling
* Experience in technology sales or sales enablement
* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate complex information and bundled solutions in a simple/understandable manner
* Ability to understand the needs of C-Level executives, uncover key problems they face, and work closely with a team of people to deploy effective solutions
