We are seeking a Business Development Representative to be a catalytic force in creating a better and safer technology landscape. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing ARR by generating 10 qualified leads/mo through marketing qualified and self-sourced leads, building campaigns and managing inbound calls and chats to convert warm opportunities. You will also be responsible for constantly expanding your knowledge of the technology landscape and trends so you can bring industry-specific knowledge, feedback, and your ideas for improvement to the table. Additionally, you will use a CRM to keep your activities up to date, backfill any lost commits, and drive towards your personal goals. You will be a strategic consultant to prospective 1Path clients, engaging in thoughtful business discovery while bringing creative IT methodologies to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience cold calling, experience in technology sales or sales enablement, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information and bundled solutions in a simple/understandable manner. The candidate will also be able to understand the needs of C-Level executives, uncover key problems they face, and work closely with a team of people to deploy effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of proven experience cold calling
