About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at IST Management. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, cold calling, and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts; cold calling and prospecting
  • Working in tandem with Events Director and staff at Halidom Eatery
  • Leading event space tours; making compelling presentations to decision-makers
  • Reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of b2b cold calling experience, and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Experience in the hospitality/events industry is a huge plus
  • The ideal candidate will have a history of Event Sales in the hospitality/restaurant industry and confidence in their network of past and potential clients
  • *MUST have experience using Hubspot
