The Role

Under the direction of the COO, the Marketing Specialist will lead content creation and execute marketing efforts to build the brand among customers and support the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with outsourced vendors to develop content and oversee SEO efforts.
  • Monitor performance of tools used by Sales and Marketing teams, including marketing automation, Salesforce, video and sales training tools, and LinkedIn.
Oversight of Marketing Programs

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including upsell initiatives to existing clients, website development, content strategy, account-based campaigns, email, SEO, customer events, and more.

  • Allocate workload and oversee functions performed by the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting efforts.
  • Ensure measurement of marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
Content Creation

Lead content creation to build the brand, enhance customer relationships, and drive lead generation. Oversee publication of content for the website, email campaigns, and other channels, utilizing Canva and Adobe Suite for content design.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a B2B Marketing environment with a diverse skillset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other computer-related devices on an ongoing daily basis.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Experience with content creation and management for digital marketing channels.
  • Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
