About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Gallagher, Flynn & Company. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading content creation and executing marketing efforts to build our brand and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and lead generation
  • Oversee relationships with outsourced partners for content development and SEO
  • Monitor performance of marketing tools and software, including marketing automation, Salesforce, and video training tools
  • Lead content creation to build the brand, enhance customer relationships, and drive lead generation
  • Allocate department workload and oversee functions performed by the Marketing Coordinator
  • Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting efforts
  • Ensure measurement of marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and KPIs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 2-5 years' experience working in a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other computer-related devices on an ongoing daily basis
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and ability to analyze data for insights
  • Experience with content creation and management for digital marketing channels
  • Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
