Overview

As the Regional Custom Spaces Sales Director, you will lead and motivate Market Sales Managers across multiple territories, driving accountability, coaching, and enhancing the custom space selling experience to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.

This role emphasizes building and sustaining high performing in-home sales teams and requires a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, and strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate others.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales or custom space multi-unit, expertise in industry business and passion for following trends in the industry, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster an environment of inspiring communication, leveraging effective messaging and storytelling to align teams with strategic goals and drive organizational success.

2. Develop and assess short and long-term sales strategies and plans to achieve regional sales goals, conversion rates, and key business metrics.

3. Lead initiatives to remove obstacles and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness.

4. Develop and nurture top talent through strategic coaching, mentorship, and professional development initiatives to drive sales performance and leadership growth.

5. Collaborate with store leadership and marketing to identify targeted opportunities, generate new leads, and develop sales strategies and campaign ideas.
