Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Software Guidance and Assistance, Inc. (SGA). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing business relationships with our tier 1 local clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule weekly on-site client visits and work through the sales life cycle to close business.
  • Document details of client meetings in Job Diva and maintain contact with current consultants on billing.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with consultants engaged on client sites and their associated hiring managers/hiring teams.
  • Work closely with National Account Manager and/or Director of Operations for contract or consultant issue resolution.
  • Identify and help to innovate ways of improving closing ratios while encouraging a team culture.
  • Showcase the company's capabilities, benefits, and value proposition in all interactions.
  • Manage partnership pricing, negotiations, and interview processes.
  • Remain current on industry trends and coordinate with management team to participate in networking events and forums for knowledge acquisition and business development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent relationship building, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a technical sales environment preferred.
