Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex sales environments, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry, including underwriting, marketing, product development, and actuarial functions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
