At Genuine Parts Company, we are more than just a Parts Store; we are a family. We are seeking a talented individual to become a part of our NAPA team as a Sales Executive for our Commercial Systems Group (CSG) products, particularly focusing on the TRACS shop management solution.

About TRACS:

Since its inception in 1989, NAPA TRACS (Total Repair Automotive Computer System) has been at the forefront of providing exceptional estimating and management solutions for the automotive aftermarket. Our dedicated sales and support team is renowned for enhancing productivity and profitability for businesses, and we are looking for another exceptional individual to join our elite team.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will concentrate on promoting all CSG Systems products, including shop management software, technical repair solutions, and customer relationship management tools, within your designated territory. You will work closely with a supportive CSG Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in software sales.
  • Experience in outside sales is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A BS/BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with general computer software, networking, and hardware is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Strong territory and time management skills are required.
  • Must be an independent and detail-oriented individual capable of managing their territory professionally.
  • Willingness to travel over 90% of the time to meet clients.
