Position Overview: We are seeking a Vice President of Commercial Banking to lead our initiatives in the commercial lending sector. This full-time role is crucial for driving growth and enhancing our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and production efforts to meet branch objectives through effective management of sales and referral opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients and the community, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bank's policies and services to ensure operational integrity.
- Engage actively in community organizations, promoting the bank's values and encouraging team participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage a profitable and expanding loan portfolio, ensuring proper loan structuring and documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and ensure adherence to established goals and procedures.
- Oversee promotional campaigns and initiatives to enhance branch visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:
