Business Development Specialist

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Market Entry and Expansion: Plan and execute market entry strategies for new geographical areas and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with expansion.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed opportunities and develop budgets for business development initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or comparable discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of five years experience in sales, marketing, or product management roles with business development experience strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to create actionable business development strategies and implement them in the market.
