Business Developer/Project Manager at BrightView Landscape Development

As a Business Developer/Project Manager at BrightView Landscape Development, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and business expansion in the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and managing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct customer contact and industry networking
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for landscape and hardscape projects
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Contribute to regional revenue targets
  • Manage project delivery according to specifications, budget, and quality standards
  • Provide expert advice to customers on project installation issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate project billings
  • Deliver reports, financials, schedules, and budgets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in construction
  • Proven experience in business development within the construction industry
  • Strong network of contacts in the construction sector
  • Working knowledge of the landscape construction industry
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Understanding of estimating and pricing
