Position Overview

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Passionate about developing a new service aimed at supporting oncology patients within the community.
  • At least 1 year of post-training Nurse Practitioner experience, ideally in Oncology, is REQUIRED; recent graduates with substantial Oncology RN experience will be considered.
  • Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, along with skills in procedures such as colposcopies and biopsies, is advantageous.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying schedules is crucial.

Practice Highlights

  • Newly established service within the OB Gyn department.
  • Responsibilities will include assisting with patient triage, writing orders, managing chemotherapy side effects, and caring for post-operative patients with complications, including occasional hospital rounds.
  • Clinic operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Utilization of Epic EHR system.

  • Guaranteed first-year compensation based on relevant experience: $131,000 for 0-3 years, $166,150 for 3-5 years, and more for additional experience.
