Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about developing a new service aimed at supporting oncology patients within the community.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-training Nurse Practitioner experience, ideally in Oncology, is a requirement; new graduate Nurse Practitioners with substantial Oncology RN experience will be considered.
- Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology along with procedural skills such as colposcopies and biopsies is advantageous.
- Adaptability with scheduling is crucial.
Practice Highlights
- Launching a new service within the Obstetrics and Gynecology department.
- Responsibilities will include assisting with patient triage, writing orders, managing patients undergoing chemotherapy, addressing chemotherapy-related side effects, and caring for post-operative patients with complications, which may involve occasional hospital rounds.
- Clinic operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Utilization of Epic Electronic Health Record system.

- Guaranteed first-year compensation based on direct experience levels: $131,000 for 0-3 years, $166,150 for 3-5 years, and so on.
- Relocation stipend and employment bonus available.

- Continuing Medical Education (CME) support: up to $3,300 and 5 days per calendar year.

This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement. Multiple openings may exist for this role.
