We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Oncology department at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our new service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with triaging patients and writing orders for patients undergoing chemotherapy
  • Manage chemotherapy side effects and see post-operative patients with complications
  • Participate in rounding at the hospital and contribute to the development of our new service
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of post-training experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in Oncology
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
